Let’s spring right into it!
Marketing Stat of the Month
Voice Search is Taking Over
"40% of adults now use voice search once per day"
That’s not very surprising these days, since we have the ability to just blurt out "Hey Siri" or "OK Google" and complete a search without touching your device. Voice search is making Local SEO even more important!
Seasonal Trends & Events
A quick look at what’s trending now and what’s coming up in the near future that you might want to start planning for.
All Gave Some, But Some Gave All
This month we honor those that have given their lives in defense of their country. Memorial Day, celebrated this year on Monday, May 29th, was originally called Decoration Day. It was born out of the Civil War and a desire to honor our dead. It was officially proclaimed on 5 May 1868 by General John Logan.
Many companies offer sales over the Memorial Day weekend, or offer discounts for veterans. Whatever your marketing plans, we’re happy to help!
Bonus Trivia Question: True or False? Flags should be flown half staff on Memorial Day. (Keep reading for the answer)
