Marketing Stat of the Month

HTTPS is Dominating the SERP!

Results from HTTPS domains have gradually seen higher exposure on SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) from roughly 74% to 75.5% within the last 30 days. Moz’s SERP feature graph is great for constantly checking changes in Google SERPs.

This parallels with the increasing importance of switching sites to HTTPS. We’ve made sure all our clients know the importance of switching. Do you?

Seasonal Trends & Events

A quick look at what’s trending now and what’s coming up in the near future that you might want to start planning for.

Valentine’s Day!

The favorite flower of Venus, the Roman goddess of love? The red rose, of course. The bud stands for strong romantic feelings, so it’s no surprise they make up the most popular Valentine’s Day bouquets.

The average U.S. consumer spent around $146.84 on Valentine’s Day gifts, meals and entertainment in 2016. Roughly 92 percent of married Americans with children will spend most of that money on their spouse; the rest goes to Valentine’s Day gifts for kids, friends, coworkers and even pets.

Get in on that action! If you have any marketing tactics that you’d just LOVE to get started on, now’s the time!
